ISOLA BELLA, TAORMINA, 18th August 2011. Today the morning starts with a Cafe Late, before being picked up by Marissa, Vera, Simona and Federica. We head to Taormina to enjoy the day on the beach at Isola Bella. Lunch was Panini with Procuitto and Provolone. After lunch a walk to the top of Isola Bella where we had to pay €4 for a view. What a rip off! After lunch and working on the tan, my cousins drove me up to Castelmola to recieve panoramic views all around. Brilliant! Here we drop into a bar focused on Penises, Huge c*** adorn furniture, lamps and statues. Time for a refreshment and a Frappe is enjoyed....Hazelnut. Delicious. Following this we head to my cousin's house to refresh ourselves before walking through the main street of Taormina, one of the most visited sights by tourists. Lots of boutiques and restaurants. We also got to see Dolce & Cabana in the flesh. For dinner we are joined by Nello, Paola and friends for dinner at "Zepos Restuarant". Great Sicilian Cuisine. I can see those love handles returning......Agh!
