Last night we had a great dinner at the resort's restaurant, Rafters. Bob had lamb, which he really enjoyed. I believe we'll be enjoying lots of lamb while we are here. I had scallops and prawns, another great choice.
Today we shopped for groceries and supplies, located an ATM in town, and stopped at the information center to pick up maps and postcards. We enjoyed a walk on the lake side.
Our condo has all of the amenities -- a well equipped kitchen, a safe, a very nice bathroom, and a lovely living/dining room with a large TV. The resort is very "green." All of the electric outlets have on/off switches and the toilet has different buttons for flushing to save water. We purchased a couple of electric adaptors which work well.
Tonight I'm finally getting to use the computer to check email, upload photos and enter the trip updates. Tomorrow we must leave very early for 4.5 hour drive south. We're going on an overnight cruise on the Doubtful Sound.
