Today was an all day bus ride from Saigon to chau doc. Our first stop was at an open air coffee place with excellent coffee and hammocks for resting. Today wa a very busy day. It started with a long bus ride to the cuo chi tunnels that the Vietcong used to hide during the war. All I can say it is no wonder we lost. These people lived underground in conditions most of is cannot imagine. We went into 2 rooms, the hospital and the meeting room. Today was a travel day to Vietnam. Upon arrival we were given a short bus tour of the city with stops at Vietnam's Notre dame and the original post office designed by Eiffel. Dinner was at the hotel.
