Bangkok is a very large city with many varied high rises. Traffic is very bad with cars, motorbikes, tuk tuks and bicycles all sharing the road. Arrived at the hotel after 20 hours of flying around 2 am. Started the day around 7 am with breakfast and then orientation meeting. Went to visit the Royal Palace and temple of the Emerald Buddha . Lunch was Thai buffet. We then visited a gem factory. Tonight dinner will be a river cruise.
