Day 14, half way there- Its mad we have been away for this long, it feels like ages but at the same time all this exploring hasn't sunk in yet!

Today we had a long lie and then went sunbathing for a wee while. It's so warm in the afternoon here! We then got the bus into Venice and caught a water bus! Ooh check us! Haha! We soon realised that Becca doesn't really like boats and was fighting a chunder the whole way there. We got to Saint Marco square and explored and realised that there was no way we're getting into the Basilica because the whole of Venice was queuing. We got an ice cream and caught the boat to the island across from the square. It has another lovely Basilica. There was a art exhibition on inside and it was free! Woohoo! We found a little pier and just sat for ages watching the hustle and bustle of Venice. There were 3 massive cruise liners that were being towed through the canal passed us in the hour we were chilling. We then headed back to the campsite to have a nap and then some pizza. Now we are just chilling watching the Italian mtv channel. I must admit.. It's s***e! Haha!
