25th Feb 2008. Stayed in Krabi for the evening before heading off to Ko Lanta: A debatable hour and a half boat ride later and we pulled into a very nice looking Island. We bartered with a local 'taxi' driver and after getting him down to 100B he lead us to what appeared to be a motorbike with a rather large deck chair strapped on the side. Questioning it's ability we soon hoped on, 2 rucksacks each in tow and cruised around for a hotel. The taxi was now lowered....

Koh Phangan Part 2 Monday 18th February Nothing has gone to plan, turned up and our bungalow had been taken and turned into a room, que the camp bed for Luke. (700 Baht a night cheaper tho). Koh Samui: Arrived without the highest hopes from what we had heard from fellow backpackers. Arrived in Chewang Beach which was basically Bangkok by the sea and getting hastled to death again. Checked into our hotel (The Relax Resort), into a room which can only be described as a one up one down house, again complete with pets.Hit Chewang beach which was perfect if you wanted to know what every guy over 20 was "packing", we had collectivly never seen so...

Koh Tao: After a cracking ferry ride to Koh Tao we rolled up to the AC resort where the Thai receptionist took a special liking to Luke. Facebook details please. Checked into our new crib. Basic. The stone mattresses straight from the flinstones did wonders for the back whilst the fan strapped to the ceiling provided the cosy, sauna-esque feel. It too also came complete with wildlife. After a couple of flights (with some right k*** heads) and a cheeky bus journey then ferry ride we pulled into Koh Phangan at 8:30.Our accommadition was already sorted (Or - rawan).
