It was time to leave collect our home for the next few weeks and head on our adventure!!! Check her out!!! Im sure most of you cant imagine me in this thing, living like a proper traveller but im surviving and already planning a girlie trip!! CAMPING!!! NOT!! We hit the supermarket and stocked up on proper traveller food, beans, eggs and more beans!!! Oh the joys!!!

Getting to grips with campsite loos where you are surrounded by wildlife!! I nearly died the other night after coming out of the shower there was a huge toad there to greet me!!!

We left Cainrs and headedd north, we past Palm Cove and stopped there to make lunch we then drove up past Ellis Beach then had a wee nosey at Port Douglas then headed up to Cape Tribulation. Its total rainforest and mega hot, like where im a celebrity is filmed!! We were gutted to discover our camper had to air con or even a fan so so far we have enjoyed two VERY HOT evenings!!! The first night I thought it would be a good idea to keep the camper door open a wee bit, it was that cold I wasnt concerned at the thought of being confronted by a snake or a huge spider!! Anyway at midnight it rained in true rainforest style and guess who got wet???? Yep I was soaked and gutted at the prospect of being roasting since I had to close the door!!!!!!! I aint had much sleep the past 2 nights and I would love to stay thats due to too much vino or partying but nope haha. Anyway we have bought a fan today so all is good. Actually loving the experience!! The highight had to be seeing a rat scurry past the van!!

We booked trip called Rum Runner which took us out on a boat and we got to snorkel or dive over the great barrier reef, it was an amazing day!! What an amazing site to see. It was a megas chilled day and the best bit was the fact they took a deposit and forgot to charge us for the rest hahaha, with being on a mega budget I thought I deserved a wee treat after saving so much on the trip so had an ice cream!!!! I savoured it!!!

After our trip we headed south to Mossman where we were going to spend the night before visiting Mossman National Park the next day. It was a quiet place! So quiet that we had to drive to a bowls club to but a drink of juice!! We did that in our PJ's!!!

Mossman Gorge was nice (see pics) we spent most of the time in the water which was so cold it was amazing!!!! After heading back to Cairns were headed to Mission Beach now!!! Loving it, loving it, loving it!!!!
