After dreary Brisbane we were looking forward to getting to Surfers Paradise. It was finally fab to see the beach again and the sun shining!! We had those little smiles back on our faces!! Although it was still a bit chilly it was fab to atleast not feel cold even with a hoody and jacket on!! It kind of reminded me of all of the tacky holiday resorts id worked in with Thomson but I liked that felt like home from home for me!!! Theres high rise building and loads of holiday apartments everywhere!!! We actually considered coming back to get work depending on what else was in store where we were headed!!!

Here we spent our time walking along the beach and mainly chilling. It was lovely at night with night markets and buskers entertaining in the streets.

We bought mobile phones so we can get in touch with home. I spoke to Mum for the first time in a month which was very tearful as you can imagine me Miss Emotional!!! But was nice to be in touch with everyone again as im missing all you girlies too!!!

We found an adventure park where you can do like a mini sky dive which was only ten pound!! Although we never ended up doing it!!! We all felt a bit dodgy with sore tummies and throats etc (any excuse eh???) na we will get another chance somewhere else. Were quite sad to be leaving Surfers especially since were heading to Byron Bay and have four nights in a Hostel ahhhhhhh!!! cant wait woo hoo!!! Although we have the music festival to look forward too!!! Which we have had to go out and buy ugg boots and warm tops for lol can you believe it!!!
