Hola all, or should I say g'day!!!

I have so much I could write but I am absolutely shattered so I'm gonna try and keep it short and sweet!!!!

Basically, three things I have learnt over the past two days:

1. People are very friendly.

2. Airplane food isn't real food.

3. I should have been born in a hot country!

My flight from Heathrow was alright, justvery long. I was sat next to a very lovely couple called Bob and Mary and they were lovely to me...they've given me their address in London so I can go and stay with them whenever I want. They also stayed with me in Kuala Lumpur airport - which by the way, is the shinest airport in the world.

The flight from Kuala Lumpur to Brisbane wasn't quite as good but I think that's cos there were so many children there and I was not in the mood for screaming little grot bags. But I survived it and even manage to get through customs - scariest thing ever.

And then I caught a bus into central Brisbane and I'm now at a very cool hostel which pretty much has a club in it - but I'm not in the mood tonight. Brisbane is pretty amazing, it smells like the tropical biome at the Eden Project and is about as hot. It's 25 degrees here and it's 11.25 at night :) and the flooding seems to have subsided - which is a relief.

I'm catching a bus up to Rainbow to meet Marie tomorrow and head over to Fraser Island the next day!!! Can't wait to see her. Also, can't wait to get into bed...gonna go and have a shower because I need one!!!!!!!!
