I didn't really do much today unfortunately, lots of hanging around to leave for the airport, but I did get to enjoy a lie in. After the late start me and Laura had breakfast before taking a trip to the supermarket to get some breakfast and sandwiches for lunch.
Once we got back it was time for me and Laura to share one last tea before we said goodbye and I made my way to the bus stop.
Once at Christchurch airport the journey to Auckland was quick and easy. It felt like I was boarding a bus not a plane, it was so simple. As soon as the plane got to altitude it was descending back down to land. I arrived and quickly grabbed my luggage before taking the bus trip back to Auckland.
I spent the evening wondering Auckland, and went down to the harbour to see the view of Harbour Bridge and the boats as the sun went down. I've seen most of Auckland last time I was here but was nice to get out of the hostel!
