This morning I got up early so me and Steve could make the most of my last full day in Chicago. We went straight to the Planetarium which was close to the hostel and wondered around all the space exhibits.
We then watched a really interesting film on space junk which was an eye opener before having a late lunch and moving on.
We planned to then go to the Museum of Science and Industry, but we ran out of time so chose to go to magnificent mile and do some shopping instead. We toured the shops and I got myself a lovely new polo from Ralph Lauren as a final souvenir.
After shopping we went back and got ready for our trip back to Navy Pier and had an amazing Bubba Gump meal where we ordered 3 dishes and split them between the two of us. Once we finished eating and sorted the bill we took the bus over to the Joshua Hancock tower where it cost $15 to go to the top but its free to go to the second top floor bar which is what we did. We spent the money we saved on drinks while enjoying the view of the Chicago skyline.
