Last night I arrived in Byron Bay just in time to see the sun setting over the beach-really beautiful. After being in seaside towns for a while it's a change to be back in a city again,but there's lots more going on. Last night I wandered into the city and had a look around the square all lit up at night,and I found a lovely church on the edge of the square and arrived just in time for the 6.30 service which was really nice. Wow!I could do this for more than 3 days no problem. The boat is simple,but lovely,with lots of room to lie out on deck in the sun, and the Whitsundays are beautiful (as is the weather-we were lucky.apparently we've got perfect weather for this,which they've not seen for about a month!)
