We have had a couple of days in Singapore now and seen loads while we have been here. On the first day we walked around for most of the day, first we went to Raffles Hotel to have a nosey. Then we went on the big wheel (like London Eye but not as big), you could see most of the city from up there. We went to look at some of the old buildings from when the British were here after that. It was a nice day for the most part today which makes a nice change from the rain. It did chuck it down just before we got back to the hotel though. We spent the day going round some of the sights in Kuala Lumpur. We went to the Petronas Twin Towers but were too late to go over the walkway about half way up. We are now in the jungle in Malaysia and its wet season, very wet! We went on a 4wd jungle safari last night and saw some wild cats, wild boar and snakes. We were planning to do the night walk in the jungle instead but it is too wet. We went on a trek through the rainforest this morning and did a bit of caving. There were thousands of bats in the cave and it stank. We ended up knee deep in mucky water in the cave and had to climb up the steep rocks to get out. Lo...

Its taken us 2 days travelling and we are not yet at our next destination. On Thurs we got a longtail boat to the boat that was to take us back to the mainland. This boat broke down just before we reached land so we had to get towed in by a second boat. Then we got a minibus to take us to another minibus which took us to Hat Yai. Arrived in Ko Lipe on Monday, after 3 more boat rides. I will be glad when i dont have to go on anymore boats. it is a beautiful small island, not commercialised just as Thailand should be. Beaches, are white sand and crystal clear sea. We had our own little beach yesterday which was just perfect.
