Lake wanaka

The beautiful lake wanaka! Normally a ski resort but in the summer it is just as beautiful! Pristine blue water and a really chilled vibe.

We stayed one night in a base hostel. I was fairly impressed by the quality too. We decided to just go for an ice cream and sit by the lake. Eline and Simone were brave enough to go for a dip with the boys but I just topped up my tan! This was followed by dinner on the terrace and a few drinks in wanaka's quiet night life.
