We woke to find a cloudy day so we were so happy we went to the beach yesterday but as the day went on it turned into another beautiful hot day. We caught the train to La Rambla which is a big street which is popular it has lots of shops on it, street performers and markets with fresh seafood, meats, fruits and veg. Today we caught the train to Barcelona in Spain it took just over 6 hours and one train swap. The first train went 350km/hr very fast and it was really smooth I slept the first two hours the seats were comfy we were in first class ( that's what we had to buy with our pass, but it was nice) Brett was hoping they bought food around to us, but I had to break it to him it wasn't like a plane and you had to go to the food cart in the middle and pay for it if he wanted...

Yesterday we went to the big Train station to book out tickets for our next stop, we had to wait a while in line the guy was young and spoke good english which was great for us, (it's been a little hard with all the French but most people talk some English so you can get by) we tried to book our ticket to san Sebestian on the 17th June but all trains booked for all 3 trains and even the night before. So we decided to not go there and book straight to Barcelona ...

So where I left off, we didn't end up having such an early night our last night in London Brett signed us up for beer pong while I was in the toilet the cheeky thing and we ended up winner the first round, they play with two ping pong balls here and if you get two in the same cup then you have to have three drinks and that's how we ended up winning the first game. We waited around for the second round which we ended up winning but we told the other team to go on ...

Today we went to the British museum ( Brett's idea not mine of course ) we stayed for about 45 mins good effort we thought. We headed on to Notting Hill there were markets there which we strolled through and had some lunch. We then headed home to do the laundry and pack our bags, for our early train (755hrs ) to paris :) Health status: annoying cough and runny nose :(
