Today we bussed from Boston to New York City. Our first spot was Central Park, where we mostly took pictures of ourselves on certain rocks and saying "I'm standing on a huge pile of schist!" It seemed like tourists and locals alike took part in this tradition, which I could guess by listening to the accents of people. Today we started by going back to Cobb's Hill cemetery for a bit more information. After that we went down to a shop so that if anyone wanted to get a Harvard sweatshirt, they could, because sweatshirts at Harvard cost more than they would anywhere else. Today we started in Boston by going to the Boston Public Garden. The garden was beautiful, with too many kinds of trees to count and a pond with swan boats going around. There were statues of ducklings that were to commemorate the book "Make Way for Ducklings", which is the official book of the Boston commonwealth.
