We have moved into our new place and we are very happy where we are. We are only 5 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube station where we also have access to loads of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Today we started off the day by heading to Hammersmith shopping area to buy some essential things we need for our new flat which we move in on Wednesday. So excited! We had a bit of a late start this morning because everyone had a bit of a sleep in after having a fairly late night watching the Olympics Opening Ceremony. We spent the whole day yesterday visiting possible flats to rent and to be honest we were very disappointed and concerned by the end of the day. We viewed four places and they were not very nice at all and were actually slightly more than what we wanted to pay so when we came home we continued searching online for more places to look at today. Well we have arrived in London safe and sound and it has been very nice so far. We landed yesterday late afternoon and we were welcomed by Amber at the airport with a hand made sign which read "ANDREW AND CAMILLE WELCOME!" So gorgeous of her!
