Mum and John arrived in London last night after being in Paris and travelling via Lille to catch up with my friend Marie and her Father Kaci. Unfortunately Marie's mother couldn't join them because her mother is very sick in hospital but they had a lovely lunch and walk around the centre of Lille so it was well worth the stop over. I was temping all last week at Amber's work because her and Russell had the week holidaying in Ireland so that worked out quite well. I've been job hunting anyway and it automatically got me signed up with an agency which was great. I also signed up with another agency and may even look at contacting one more because then there is more chance of getting more work. He is working for AMX Europe, which is a control system manufacturer. He is a Project Engineer in the Digital Media group who deal with Digital Signage primarily. We are just loving London so far and we are feeling really quite settled now. Nobody can believe how quickly we found a place to live and got everything organised but we had done our homework to ensure we wouldn't struggle with things.
