With a surcharge of $15 apparently as a penalty for not having the EZ-pass - the electronic toll tag mounted on your windshield
...I get stuck in traffic in midtown and arrive 2 hours late. Luckily despite some frowns and growls the rental clerk doesn't charge me any penalties.
...I walk to the subway and completely soaked go back home where I change and try to avoid getting a cold
