Back we went to our nearest "big smoke", rattling over the dirt road which I swear is worse now than what it was when we came out here a few days ago. The car was full of dust when we took it off the trailer.   Have to work on that one. We were able to pick up our mail, fill the cupboards with food and have 2 new tyres fitted and a couple re-grooved to the bus ($600). After a very pleasant and quiet night's sleep we were up and on the road by 10.00am. We decided to take the Lake King road as it was a much cooler day and the guy at the caravan park said there was only about 45km of unsealed road.
