1/1/12 Had a great flight with Frontier. Arrived in Las Vegas and collected our hire car. We had to wait a while as the selection in the class we booked was a Jeep Liberty. After deciding not to venture north due to bad weather, we have spent more time in Las Vegas. Having seen most of the Casinos, we aimed to see more of the surroundings. A short drive to Mt Charleston revealed a very quiet and pretty mountain resort. It has received a lot of snow recently, and even today they expect another 3 to 6 inches.
