Last night for dinner we had 2 freshly caught whole fish and they were yummy, one was a Mango Jack the other one was (s*** forgot,) but it was pink in colour and tasted quite sweet and yummy too.

We have driven thru some most beauitful rolling lush green tablelands today in clear blue sunny skys. We had a good drive but so much road works it was delay after delay but we arrived safe and sound. We enjoyed our breif stay at the coast and now we are up in Atherton for 3 days.

The caravan park is so tropical and again full of grey nomads just passing the time of day smelling the roses, one just dropped into our site for a chat dont know who he is or name but we chatted for 15 mins and he swayed off into the next van!!!

Tonight is State of Origin QLD v NSW so there will be some hooing and haring going on, might need to put the ear plugs in and watch a movie on the laptop.

I asked Mike what kind of cake would I like this afternoon and he said I remind him of a nutty fruit cake now is that a compliment !?? This made me hungry so I went for a vanillia slice yum (we called them snott boxes when we were at school) I hope I dont remind anyone of that!!
