Journal entry from Patrick's Pub in Ennis. First pub stop of the trip. Its a rule of travel from McCarthy's Bar, you cannot pass a pub with your name on it. 3 Guinness pints. Johns first 'legal' experience in a bar. The pub is filled with local men, I am the only woman here. We are still a little groggy from the lack of sleep and long day of travel. We are discussing our next move. I suggested the Cliffs of Moher. The weather is really lovely during the day. Jeans, and long sleeved shirts keep us warm enough. There is a good amount of sunshine.
