We made it into Dublin this afternoon. We spent the morning walking the streets of Waterford, visiting castles and got some coffee. Then we made the treck into downtown Dublin to our hotel for the very last leg of our trip. It has been so amazing to travel the country and see so many sights. I am thinking about how very fortunate I am today. I have an amazing family that I can never begin to explain to anyone how wonderful it is to have them. During my travels for the past ten days, I learned of two deaths. One suicide of a friend from high school. One of my very best friends held this person very close to her heart, as he was her first love. I shared many fun times with him and I am devistated to know that he took his life at such a very young age. He had so much to look forward to and was such a funny, outgoing person, I believed he could have laughed his way through anything. Another death was of a loved one's significant other. This was an untimely, fatal car accident. My heart is absolutely breaking for my cousin right now. All of these istances make me realize how extremely lucky I am to have my loved ones in my life.
