Today we leave 4000 islands and Laos all together - it seems weird to think over two ago we were discussing our plans for Laos and it's all been a gone. We woke up feeling a bit tiered but had to get up, find some where to get money and find a new place to stay. Whilst walking around we found a place to stay closer to the main beach, which is perfect as this is where we get the boat from! We found somewhere to get cash (I have really taken cash machines for granted!). Today we are doing our trip around the islands, so we got up sorted a few bits out and headed to the restraunt for our free breakfast, banana pancakes and iced coffee! after this we we've give our paddles and life jackets and pointed towards the beach. Today we arrived at the pier to catch the boat to don det - the bus journey was a mixture of a laos disco and musical chairs as we all fought to get comfy enough to sleep.
