We have been apartment hunting for 3 days now, we have been all over Hat Yai, walking in the scorching heat, getting lost, spending 100's of baht on tuk tuks, finding more grim apartments, finding ridiculous nice apartments, wanting nice apartments, coming very close to getting the very ridiculously nice apartments, then realising we can't afford deposits on said apartments, going back to first debated apartments, and then settling for apartments we have been living in and consequently trying to escape for past 2 weeks, getting used to idea of living in said apartments, happy with final decision.

Pro's of Final decision...very near my school so can walk everyday, everyone else is staying there, pretty nice spatious rooms, good location.

So now this is sorted and I don't start school for a week; Rhi, Jo and I decide to go on holiday (i.e. escape Hat Yai for a few days) to KOH SAMUI.
