2 days in 1 blog - bargin I think! Yesterday I enjoyed a fantastic lie in and then went to an enviro farmers market with Helen and the gang. Was dead tiny but the walk there in the lovely sun was worth it. We came back with a bucket of mushrooms and some cordial with a punch.

I went for a walk in the afternoon due to my knee still giving me grief. Had a lazy afternoon after that and watch Moulin Rouge.

We all slobbed in front of Dr Who in the evening, followed by the kids going to bed and the rest of us watching the film Ray. Any attempt at getting to sleep quickly was scuppered by my brain going into overdrive.

Was a 6:15 start this morning to be up in time for the World Cup final. Definitely not social watching footie this side of the world. We all sat down to watch it and were thoroughly bored but Helen, Pete and myself did enjoy the commentators one liners - 'the spainish will have an inquistion if they loose this'.

Me, Helen and the boys went ice-skating this morning which was good fun. Impressed with how well the boys did, they managed to skate some of the time not holding on.

Having a lazy afternoon and evening following such activities in the morning as we had to stop and get a tyre checked and stop off to get a game for Dom and Cam.

Not sure what tomorrow hold's. Depends on what the weather is like and how my knee is. Really need to get a 20 mile run in but my knee is just not playing game - dead frustrating, especially when Helen is getting out for runs. Anyway I will sign off now and continue my chilaxing.
