We enjoyed a beautiful sunny day today, which was a welcome relief from the grey and miserable rain! My knee is still giving me grief as I woke up and moved it = pain! Therefore I am not a happy bunny on that front.

Went with Helen and Dom to Riccarton Mall so that Dom could spend some of hos birthday money and vouchers. We then came back in time for lunch which Pete was putting on the table.

Due to the good weather Pete has been cracking on with the garden so Helen was supervising this in the afternoon. I made my small contribution by hoovering the house and tidying up a few bits. Then slobbed in front of the TV for a little bit before grabbing a quick tea before heading out with Helen and her friend Ingrid to watch eclipse.

Eclipse was good, some great action scenes but I was unimpressed by having to pay extra for a ridiculously big screen. It didn't add anything to it added with a few childish girls in the back seats making noises it was alright. Would take the book any day over the film though.

Got another lazy day ahead of me on Sunday, with the possibility of going to a farmer's market. Will sign off now.
