Had another fantastic day here in NZ. Clear blue sky and sun was out in force again, so no complaints on that front. Had my first decent nights sleep that I actually felt warm due to the hot water bottle and comfy bed. It is defintiely a place I would recommend to anybody stopping in hamner to stay in. This morning I went for a walk up the hill/moutainside and around hamner forest. It was goregous with everything glinting and sparkling in the sun from the frost....

I left drizzly Greymouth thinking that my run of good weather was over to arrive in Hamner Springs in glorious sunshine and blue skies! It was gorgeous and made the mountains around look even more spectacular. My hostel I am staying in is amazing, it is like a log cabin with a pet cat called pepper.
