once again the tropical paradise of maggie island turned into a big shower cloud. we got a brief spell of sunbathing under cloud in the morning and then had to run inside for cover just before luuch. As the weather cleared we deciede to go on a walk to the next island bay where we did a bit of lazing around. The bay was called Balding bay and quite appropriately as alot of the older people come here to walk around naked, though we only managed to spot one person, but they were so far away we couldnt tell if they were a man or a woman! we got absolutley drenched as it hammered it down after being assured by a local there would be no more rain. we walked the 40mins back in torential rain.... it was all a good laugh though and luckily we were in our swim stuff. see photo of wet rat beki next entry will be from cairns where the weather is forcast to be..... rainy! yay that is forcast all weekend but hopefully it will clear up soon!
