we decided to get up earlish and go for a walk around townsville. we underestimated its size and didnt pack our lunch (whoops) and ended up eating at 4 rather than risk a maccyd's. we had a yummy omlette a la mrs camm style however it dnt stick together so it was just lumpy egg, but tasted just as good. we walked along the strand which is a gorge waterfront walk way, had an icecream, topped up our tans and visited Kissing Point... we also did a bit of shopping....

date: 25-27 march we have finally arrived in lovely Townsville after 3 days on the road. we stopped briefly in Mount Isa for a day and carried on to Queensland. after falling asleep in the kitchen in our hostel we relocated the storage cupboard (it had beds lol) because our dorm wasnt ready. few hours later and completely spaced out we set out into Townsville.
