So it has been a while since I last updated my blog...my sincere apologies! I guess when I last left you, I was headed to Melbourne. I went and came back to Sydney. I am sure it is a great city with a lot to offer but it reminded me of Savannah or Asheville. No offense to those cities but I did not come all the way around the world to be in the same atmosphere I was in back home. I will def go back before i leave to explore once more. Still on the job hunt, been doing some temp hospitality work mostly at the Sydney Convention Center. Can you see me serving food and drinks!?!?! Well I have and it's not too bad actually. I hope to work there some more in the future. I also worked at the horse racetracks in the bar last weekend. It is incredibly frustrating to be looking for a job for so long but I will not be discouraged! Any monetary donations are welcomed with open arms. =) I have moved into a house (which used to be an old hostel) in Coogee Beach with 10 other people at the moment. It is a little hectic at times but I love it! I can see the beach from my balcony and there is a pool in the backyard. Need I say more?! The weather has been gorgeous lately and I have made some awesome friends who are helping me to celebrate my birthday in style this weekend...pool party!! I will be uploading some pics very soon. I am loving life here in Oz but I am ready to see what else is out there besides big city life...roll on January! Miss and love you all! xoxo
