YAY I AM BACK IN SYDNEY!!!! as sad as I am to be through with travelling and leaving the legend known as Claire, i am ecstatic to see all my friends. I know that since I am back in Sydney, my time in Oz is rapidly coming to an end. These next few days are going to purely hanging out with everyone and spending as much as time as possible with them because it will be a long time before I see everyone again.

Ended up getting a tattoo in Coogee....on the rightside of my ribcage, I got the Southern Cross...but my own version of it. It's about the size of a quarter and 5 small stars represented on the Australian flag...it is also the constellation seen from Australia. It was quite painful but I am very happy with it and will constantly serve as a happy reminder of my time in Oz.

Have been back home in SC for about 3 weeks now....actively looking for a job so that I can get back to Oz on a year visa as soon as possible...my goal is for December 2009. I learned so much about myself during my time away and did so many things that I needed to do for myself...it is quite surreal to be back home. It has been quite humbling actually...def learned to not take advantage of a good situation cause it can change in an instant. I met so many amazing people that will forever hold a spot in my heart and thoughts...supposed to see the majority of the people I met in August in england when i am over for a wedding so I am incredibly excited about that!
