Woke to a beautiful morning on the island. Some woke earlier than others. Others were greeted by latte and hot chocolate to enjoy on our beach seat looking over the islands. After a big breakfast in the bistro and a long walk on the beach and island, Baz left the rest of the family to enjoy the beach for a Jetski tour. Decided to head accross to Great Keppel Island overnight. I think Pen was hoping to relive some of her youth (I got wrecked on Great Keppel Island). Very disapppointed to see the remains of the decaying resort (been closed for 8 years waiting redevelopment). Pretty quiet day today. Took a lovely long walk along the beach this morning, with a great view of the Keppel Islands offshore. Afternoon spent on a little sightseeing, the lookout, Rosslyn Bay, Yeppoon foreshore (playground and waterpark). Back to the coast today, driving all of 30km's. Tired now. A little cooler with the sea breeze however the feel of Yeppoon is magnificent.
