We started our Dinosaur adventure today. After a slow start and a bit of work by Baz we first visited the Australian Age of Dinosuar Museum. The first part of the tour entailed the story of finding the bones in the area as well as viewing the actual bones of Banjo (Australovenator Wintonesis) and Matilda (Diamantinasauras Matildae). Today we said fairwell to West Leichardt Station and headed south-west to dinasour country. A bit of a drive however Cloncurry for lunch was a very tidy town (the boys enjoyed their pies), then had to stop at McKinlay, home to the famous Walkabout Creek Hotel.
