Headed to the amazing Australia Zoo for the day today.

We were lucky enough to be entertained by the one and only Bindi Irwin, firstly dancing and singing with the Jungle Girls, then doing an animal and croc feeding show.

After lining up for lunch we then went for a long wander around the zoo. Very big and very amazing - could spend another day there if we could. We were especially lucky to be greeted by a baby koala popping it's head out of it's mothers pouch.

We then ventured to our intending home for the next week - BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park. Unfortunately our site was in a less than desirable position (bit smelly and plenty of bats down near the back river). The manager was nice enough to move us however at this stage we only have 4 days in the better spot. Here's hoping we can find a couple more.

After a great pizza & pasta from local Marie's we then settled down to watch the Brownlow. Well deserved win by Paddy Dangerfield - very humble.
