After the big adventure last night, today was a day of rest and recovery. We really didn't do much other than read, sort through stuff and of course Mr Fix It enjoyed finding things around our camp to fix!
Late morning the camp ground was paid a regular weekly visit by a little old man selling fruit and veg out of his car boot and trailer, so we stocked up. Of course, it's not like browsing at the grocer shop as you can't buy just one item or a piece of melon. So I ended up with a whole pumpkin and wondered where I was going to store it. So a pumpkin soup was suddenly on the menu for lunch - and it was delicious (as the day has turned out cloudy and cooler than it has been).
In the afternoon Gadi went for a walk with Cadbury to the nearby beach and I relaxed a bit, talked on the phone and chatted 'messenger' style with my boy.
After dinner I sat outside in the annex area, which was bathed in golden candle light and uploaded photos from our iPhones and camera to the laptop.
Time to call it a day.
