So we have arrived in La Paz at 8pm so there is little point talking about it but we did spend the morning walking around another section of Sun Island on Lake Titikaka. Part of the island is covered with Eucalyptus trees that the government planted to give locals a sustainable wood supply but not all of them took due to the poor soil but in parts there are beautiful gum trees. So after a very, very long bus ride from Cusco to Puno, we have now moved from Puno in Peru to a catamaran on Lake Titikaka on the Bolivian side. The Inca heritage is strong here. They are less Catholic than other South American countries but still take massive parts of Catholicism and blend it in with other bits and bobs.
