Today was all about the Falls... In the morning we went to the Devil's Mouth viewing platform. You walk about 1 km over the iguazu river and stand really close to the biggest drop. It's about 72metres high. The bridge was recently reopened after high waters swept away large sections of it that you can see strewn in the river. After our morning tour, we went on an amazing jet boat that takes you upstream and into the spray at the foot of some of the slightly small...

Travel day pretty much, we are on the Argentinian side of the falls we have the most amazing view of the falls from our room window which was upgraded thanks to our honeymoon. Tonight we had a BBQ dinner in town with Mexican made corona... For those who don't know, corona in Australia is made in Australia so it's not as authentic... Maybe our next holiday should be Mexico???? Off to visit the falls itself tomorrow.

Such a brief stay in Buenos Aires... Today we headed off on a city tour in the morning before enjoying an afternoon wandering the shops and visiting the famous city cemetery. It's like nothing you've seen before. All family mausoleums are in there and they are amazing - marble, stone and many with stained glass windows... Well we got here after another 4am pickup and a very odd flight from La Paz to Santa Cruz to Buenos Aires we arrived with magnificent sunshine and 24 degrees. I planned a little surprise for Matt thanks to Trip Advisor we had an Argentinian Tango lesson here with a lovely guy called Alejandro. The lesson brought Matt back to a basic level but we learned heaps from himself I think it will help us a heap! From there we had an excellent meal with free Spanish tutori...

Ah Buenos Aires, I can't really see it - it's currently 3am and I'm in a hotel lobby, we arrived at 11pm and by the time all 64 of us got our bags and onto the buses there is no time for any actual sight seeing. My group, the smaller is due to leave here at 4am for a 6.30am flight into Rio so it's adios to Buenos Aires for now, I'll be back in a few weeks to get to know you better and maybe get to take an actual photo... in daylight!
