Pottered around the bus terminal in Guayaquil for 5 hours, the place was the size of terminal 5 it was huge!! Got our photos taken again by some girls, probably should start charging soon. The bus was amazing probably the nicest bus I've been on, got a meal and Wi-Fi so managed to see how amazingly England got on against Poland... Arrived in Mancora about 11 and went for a few beers in the Loki bar, seemed quite a cool bar met some Aussie girl we kept meeting up in Colombia and this time she actually seemed alright. They closed the bar at 1 and the yanky bar manageress was an absolute dick! Never met a ruder person in my life, blatantly had no friends at school so came travelling to 'change' her (kind of reminds me of Laurie) fair enough it was bar closing time but she was an absolute k*** about it all of us were shocked and the other bar people hated her too. End of the night they were throwing away the rum slush puppies, we said we would drink them for free/small charge and she looked at us as she poured it down the sink, absolute American idiot. Spent the whole day at the beach playing football and all that which was cool, Laurie went in for a 50/50 with Joel the rake and Joel absolutely flattened him, Mr de Jong needs to get on the weights when he gets home!! Started getting on it from 3 with these 2 American chicks from the hostel who were cool and grabbed some pizza before going back for karaoke, the heavyweight drinker I am not remembering doing karaoke and Joel literally carrying me to me bed. Didn't undress me though so not really a true friend!!! Woke up to find Laurie did a 3/10, his average for the trip is now 4.7/10 for the trip. Went to the beach the next day feeling real sorry for ourselves and hanging out our arses, haven't felt that bad for a long while!! We grew some balls later on and went back on it at night meeting some actual alright Aussie guys and 5 Irish girls we did our Pablo Escobar tour with so got on it with them. They were a good laugh and did there stereotype proud by getting w***ered, good times!! 2 had boyfs back at home so for once I wasn't stood like a lemon whilst Joel and bowls went rohypnoling, had a good laugh with them! Got back about 5am didn't realise how late it was considering we were getting a bus at 8.30! Felt ok in the morning, a lot worse when the 8.30 bus didn't rock up till 11, and a packed s*** bus with no aircon!! Didn't have to sit next to Laurie so swings and roundabouts and all that! Forgot to say Bowles and Joel obviously came back empty handed that night, will have to sit them down and give them a pep talk about the way of the birds and bees soon. And the retarded yank bar lady was even ruder this night, literally pushing people about at closing time swearing her head off, think she needs to get laid.
