Met this Aussie girl in the airport and grabbed a taxi to some hostel she had heard good stuff about, the place was insane. The shower was off the hook, super-hot showers, was so clean and the food was quality too! Went to a bar for a couple of bars and was real funky and pretty cool. We got to the bus terminal about midday and none of us felt that bad, although it's suddenly cold!! Checked into this hostel and booked to do a Pablo Escobar tour in the afternoon. Went out fishing all day, did some sea fishing where I was the only person who caught stuff, tried teaching Laurie and Joel how to do it but I guess it's a skill you're born with!! Got to Taganga pretty early and just headed to the beach. Chilled out all day getting pretty pink and not doing too much. Went to this restaurant which was a 3 course meal for $9 and it was out of this world!! Had bresola beef to start which was insane and then had this biggest nicest steak we have ever had!!! Went off to this fort called San Felipe de Barajas which was a lot better than we thought it was going to be. Was only a 10 minute walk from the hostel but was already 100 degrees so were pretty toasty.
