Got up early and flew to Cuzco (was only $10 more to do a 1 hour flight then a 24 hour bus)! Laurie was still being a girl so took his Calpol and went to bed whilst me and Joel wandered around the town all day. Was a pretty nice city, the square was picturesque and a lot nicer than we thought it was going to be. Was a bit touristy, due to obvious reasons but a cool place to wander around. We went into a couple of bars and got talking to this Kiwi guy who used to live in Southampton, small world!! only had 2 beers but the altitude had really hit us felt quite tipsy and were out of breathe all the time and had a bit of a headache, the walk up to the Loki was up a giant hill too so were always dying when we walked up! Laurie finally woke up so we went for some grub, were going to have a night out but none of us felt like it so just hit the hay pretty early!! Didn't really do much the next day just pottered around sorting out stuff for out Inca Trail tomorrow!!!!! We're meeting at 4.30am so went to bed about 2100, I slept straight away but the guys took a lot longer due to the noisy bar.
