We had a cheeky lie in today before getting up and heading to Southlands Park to meet up with Kirsty- yes she is quickly becoming the sixth member of our travelling group!
We then proceeded to have a wonderful idyllic day in Southlands Park- It is like Hyde Park in London but it is next to the river and it had few restaurants and shops as well a beach. We had a walk in the park, went to Nandos for a lunch (We needed a British fix even if Nandos actually originated from Portugal!)
There was a food festival on-going which made me regret going to Nandos as I could have made a lunch out of millions of the free samples! There were many stalls and even a Ben and Jerry van giving out free vanilla ice-cream pot!
The majority of the stalls were vineyard manufacturers promoting their wine, we even bought a bottle of wine for campervan in New Zealand as we managed to found a delicious bottle of wine that managed to converted wine drinking sceptics ( Dom and me)
We then enjoyed a walk along the river as opposed inside the park and we even passed a beautiful Nepalese building which is carved completely out of the wood. The evening were spent with beans on the toast dinner (We were feeling full from the lunch) before we decided to take advantage of the free cinema-room
Expect for the fact we awkwardly discovered all of the dvds were pirated and we spent the evening watching Bradley Cooper speaking in a broken English according to the subtitles! Top of Form
