The temp is around 37 degrees, reached 39 yesterday!!.. Things have really changed in Samui since I last came in 2002. It's very touristy and completely not what I remember. It's still nice, but think that mine and Ants parents would really enjoy it here as it's great for a holiday, to chill by the pool or beach, have a massage and take trips. But most of the things to do here are not really in our budget, so we're limiting what we do. We have spent the past few days trying to eat in the cheapest places and working out where we can and can't go.

Think we've pretty much sussed it out and don't think we'll stay much longer than another week down here, as it's resort prices. We are going to a fight night tonight and the full moon party tomorrow, so pleased we saved enough over the last few days to treat ourselves to some fun times...

We'll be heading to Koh Tao the middle of next week and hope to start the dive course. Hopefully we'll upload some pictures early next week after the fight night and full moon party.
