14th AugToday is pretty easy to write. We swang in hammocks, ate far too many oreo cookies and various other street food and slept as the heat was just unbearable!!

13th AugOur flight took an hour from lima through to Iquitos in northern peru. 12th AugAfter working quite closely with the form building team yeasterday who were putting up a toilet block i decided to spend today doing what is known as the pour. Basically what we had to do was fill a 2m high steel structure with concrete. It didnt seem too bad as we had to just shovel loads of sand and rocks. 11th AugWe got up at 7am, made ourselves a quick breakfast and settled down for ther daily meeting where you get assigned to a project for the day. I ended up being put with Mark on an odd jobs task.
