14th AugToday is pretty easy to write. We swang in hammocks, ate far too many oreo cookies and various other street food and slept as the heat was just unbearable!!

13th AugOur flight took an hour from lima through to Iquitos in northern peru. We arrived at this little airport in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by burnt out aeroplanes which really did nothing for mikes fear of flying.It was slightly wierd being back travelling together. I think we had both really enjoyed the freedom it had given us. After a long gossip about what we had been up to things were back to normal and we were raring to get going down the amazo...
