18th AugAfter a pretty good nights sleep. I ignore all the commotion the morning brings and sleep in til 10.30am. I think mike is ready to kill me as he just cant sleep and watching me being able to sleep so easily is very annoying! I went and had a shower, which is actually the highlight of my day as it is the one time when I am actually not overheating! I decide to ignore the fact that I am showering in river water, over the most disgusting and smelly toilet you can imagine and just enjoy the cold water! Lunch is the same old and I have taken to smothering my food is chilli sauce to give it some flavour. We didnt realise at the time but this bean dish we were eating was actually horse meat. mmmm.I spent the afternoon learning navy stuff and writing this diary. Well it gave me something to do at least. The evening was much as before and we just chilled on the deck upstairs with a few beers. We finally met Millie, Loosmarie, Sophia and Juan Pablo after being on the boat all this time and they ended up being our travel buddies for the net 4 days.
