Missed alarm at 10 and got up at 2 so i guess we have to stay in this crap guest house again! Damnnnn
Got up and ready and want for breakfast at 3 at the hub it was nice had chilli and garlic pasta! Hardly breakfast but when in Thai!! Michael tried to sell me to the guy who owned the bar and he accepted!! I AM NOT FOR SALE! I was not drunk enough for this conversation I only had a coke!!
Went back to the room so get come things and then went back out down khoa San! We have had enough of khoa San road now so went to look at tours and excursions! Have to tell them which hostel you are staying in and we are changing tomorrow (if we wake up in time) so tomorrow we will book the ancient city and river tour to go on on Thursday and on Friday going to go to the temples, tiger temples and floating market! Culture culture culture!
Michael decided we needed to find the bts which is the sky rail so we can go to silom (don't know how to spell it) which has got gay clubs, so we went on a massive treck to find it! Literally walking for 2 hours in the boiling hot humid heat!! I think we looked lost cos a Thai woman tried to help us and she was lovely! Then walked a bit further to a place I can only describe as 'da hood' haha didn't stick around there so long cos I like my passport and money! Then Another Thai woman helped us and after that we gave up! We will just got a tuktuk to silom!
Went back the the harn guest house and stuck all my memories (receipts and tickets etc) in a book! It's full already!
Then washed my dirty clothes in the sink with my travel wash! This was an experience! Found my washing line Andrea and Geoff gave me for leaving and wrapped it round a drain pipe in the toilet and hung them up!! That was to much work for one day so went out after that!!
Went to eat at Wild orchard villa which is down the street next to
Khoa san that we have eaten on for the last two nights! Had chilli prawns with rice and a sex on the beach! The restaurant was so beautiful! Buddhas and tea lights and river running through!
Then want to d cafe on khoa San for drinks! Had more Chang really need to get used to it even though I hate beer!! We met a guy called Chris who has been persuaded us to try the fried insects! Bought a FRIED FROG and FRIED GRASS HOPPER (or cricket or locust don't know which one) and walked to Sawadee terrace bar for drinks, ate the cricket thing first and was forced not to take the legs off! It was crispy all the way through and just tasted like the spices they put on them! Then ate the frog, Michael complained cos I had the smaller one but IM A VEGETARIAN! Chris filmed us eating them I'll try and post it on the blog but it's hard :(
After that went Thai bar opposite a hotel on the main road!
A random girl and guy came over to us and asked us to marry them so I said I would! Spoke in English Spanish and Hebrew (clearly fluent in Hebrew!), exchanged rings and took the mick! There is a video and picture of this as well!
Was supposed to have an early night tonight as we don't sleep properly and have to be up tomorrow to check out of this dump! Supposed to go in at 10 and I got back to the hotel room at about 3!
Bangkok does not sleep!
