It took us 4 hours in a private mini van to arrive at Krabi. The taxi driver couldn't find where we were staying which was slightly worrying at first but we arrived at the Green Leaf Guesthouse in the end our room is perfect considering what we paid - very clean.
The first night we went out for food, harassed by Indian men everywhere- we've never seen so many Indian restaurants in our lives we actually questioned what country we were in. During our meal Jake got attacked by a massive beetle which attacked was hissing at him - hahaha (rather him than me) .. Then we left too watch the Liverpool game ( much to jakes delight because I believe they got trounced by Norwich 3-0 hahahhahahahahahaha) however the whole street had a power cut; there was just candles lighting up the bars and restaurants - so we had to go a bit out of town near out hotel to watch it via a live stream which kept pausing but was still good enough to see Norwich's THREE goals.
On our final day we went on a 7 island boat trip- it was a quality day from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we stopped off 3 times to snorkel and yes when we say WE, I actually got in and done it as well. The pictures don't do it any justice. We also snorkelled at night where we saw uv plankton! WOW, it was incredible. During our boat trip we stopped at raliegh beach which was beautiful, there were wild monkeys running around stealing people's stuff & caves full of wooden c*** ( yeah you read that right haha ). We finished the evening off by meeting up with Rachel and callum who came back to get their flight to Bangkok. Now time for 5 hours kip before setting off to Ko Tao for Christmas x
