Saturday 28th June - Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park

Today the weather was beautiful. Me, Bec & Minya all had a day off work. We had causal morning and headed off the Kensington Gardens which is only just down the road from house to see Kensington Palace. This is where the Queen lived before Buckingham Palace. It was a bit of a let down and we can see why they moved to Buckingham, it was just another building really but the gardens were amazing. We then walked all the way through to Hyde Park ending at the other end near Oxford Street. We were going the wrong direction for a little while and stumbled across the hotel where Bon Jovi was stay. We waited to see him get into his car but he was a no show. There were all fans out side with cameras that's the only reason we knew he was stay there.

After our huge walk we looked into Primark for matching tops to wear to O2 festival next weekend but the shop was too packed to even bother fighting the crowd, we tried but gave up. Then home for a lazy afternoon to watch the Movie The Castle. I Didn't remember it to be so funny, I guess any bit of Australia at the moment is great to see. 'What do you call this darl?'
